Paddle.Sail.Smile reserves the right to cancel or delay reservations due to inclement weather conditions and impending weather forecasts. Cancellations made by us will be entitled to a full refund. If you cancel or are unable to participate for non-weather-related reasons, our refund policy is as follows:

•  If we receive your notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.
• If we receive your notice less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refunds will be made. Same day cancellations are not refundable.
